The National Council of CBSE Schools hoped that the Union Ministry of Education and the Central Board of Secondary Education would make a good decision that would benefit the students’ future

Though students across the country are calling for the CBSE class 12 board exams to be cancelled in 2021, Ramesh Pokhriyal, the National Council of CBSE Schools, has asked Ramesh Pokhriyal to conduct the exams at all costs. According to the Council, the mark sheet from the 12th grade is a relevant document for admission to higher education courses. As a result, the exam should take place, even though it is a little late. Only time will say if the CBSE 12th exams will be scrapped. On June 1, 2021, the Ministry of Education and the CBSE board will assess the situation and make a decision.

If the tests are cancelled, the students’ results will be revealed in a different way. A new CBSE 12th Date Sheet 2021 will be announced if the exams are not cancelled. The latest date sheet will be available as a pdf on the CBSE website (.cbse.gov.in). Summer vacations have begun in colleges, but CBSE associated schools have created a special timetable for students who are scheduled to appear in the CBSE Class 12 Board Exam 2021 to clear their doubts. After the start of online classes after the summer break, schools expect to hold an examination.

Following a meeting with education secretaries from various states, Union Education Minister Ramesh Pokhriyal ‘Nishank’ did not make any decision about the cancellation of the CBSE Class 12 Board Exam 2021. Pokhriyal said at the high-level meeting that the second wave has forced educational institutions to close for a longer period of time. “While we have ensured that students learn at home through various initiatives,” he continued, “we should concentrate on the needs of aspirational districts where there is a digital divide so that we can empower local bodies, NGOs, parents, and teachers.” Pokhriyal also asked states for their input on the upcoming class 12 board exams. The CBSE Board exams were supposed to start on May 4, but were postponed due to the COVID-19 pandemic’s second wave. “The situation will be checked by the Board on June 1 in order to conduct the Board Exams for Class XII,” the Education Ministry said.

The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has published a list of frequently asked questions (FAQs) with the aim of clearing up any confusion about the marking strategy for the CBSE Class 10 Board Exam 2021. The CBSE’s FAQs are required to answer students’ and teachers’ questions about the CBSE class 10 marking calculations. It should be noted that some teachers had previously expressed reservations about the CBSE’s marking policy for Class 10 results. All CBSE-affiliated schools in the country have received the FAQ document from the CBSE. The CBSE issued a notification on May 1 for the tabulation of marks for the Class 10 Board Exams 2021, stating that the marks will be tabulated based on internal evaluations conducted by schools.
