Seamless Navigation for Aspirants: NTA Introduces Dedicated Websites for JEE Main, NEET, and CUET 2024 Session Exams.
The National Testing Agency (NTA) has introduced new websites for the 2024 session exams, including those for JEE Main, NEET, and CUET. Now, candidates can easily access information and updates for these national-level entrance exams on the centralized NTA website dedicated to exams, which is exams.nta.ac.in.
The new website aims to provide easy navigation to dedicated pages for each exam, ensuring a smooth experience for all test-takers.
JEE Main 2024 Update:jeemain.nta.ac.in
The Joint Entrance Examination (JEE Main) is crucial for admission to engineering colleges and qualification for JEE Advanced in India. The exam is conducted in a hybrid mode, with Paper 1 (B Tech/BE) held online and Paper 2 (B Arch) having online sections for Aptitude and Maths, along with an offline (pen and paper) section for drawing.
The second session of JEE Main 2024 took place from April 4 to April 12, and the results are expected to be announced on April 25. Candidates who appeared in both sessions will have their best score considered for merit and rank.
CUET UG 2024:
This year, NTA has changed the host website address for the Common University Entrance Test Undergraduate (CUET UG). All CUET UG-related information, including admit cards, results, and notifications, will now be available on exams. nta.ac.in/CUET-UG/.
The exams for undergraduate programs in central universities and other participating institutions will be held between May 15 and 31, and results will be declared on June 30.
NEET UG 2024:
The new official website for NEET UG 2024 is neet.ntaonline.in. NEET UG is an essential exam for students seeking admission to medical programs like MBBS, BDS, AYUSH courses, veterinary science programs, and nursing courses. Passing NEET UG grants eligibility for medical education in approved Indian institutions.
The NEET UG 2024 exam is scheduled for May 5, with results expected on June 14.
A senior officer from NTA explained the rationale behind the website change, citing the agency’s shift towards using its server for various activities related to hosting online application forms and generating city intimation slips, admit cards, and scorecards.
Moreover, the new website features an automated chat feature, accessible at the bottom right corner, that serves as an online assistant for aspirants.
