Jammu and Kashmir had previously received depressing reports of violence and conflict, but the region is currently growing and advancing.”

“In the past decade, India has seen a record number of schools, colleges, and institutions constructed. 50 new degree colleges have been inaugurated in Jammu and Kashmir alone,” Prime Minister Modi announced.

“Schools were once targeted for demolition, but they are now ornamented with care. Today, healthcare facilities in Jammu & Kashmir are fast improving. Prior to 2014, there were four medical colleges in the region; now there are twelve,” the Prime Minister stated.
